New Delhi, (November 7, 2024): Dr. KA Paul, a globally recognized humanitarian and peace advocate, has called on U.S. President Donald Trump to strengthen relations with India, emphasizing the need for a balanced and inclusive approach to global peace. Addressing the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, Paul praised Trump’s approach of considering all sides and warned against one-sided solutions that fail to promote lasting peace.

As part of his vision for strengthening U.S.-India ties, Paul proposed a U.S.-India visa waiver program to enhance educational and professional exchanges, enabling Indian students and skilled workers to contribute even more significantly to the U.S. economy. He also called for a dual citizenship agreement between the two nations, similar to those the U.S. has with Canada and several European countries, to deepen collaboration and recognize India’s growing role on the world stage.

Looking ahead, Dr. Paul announced plans for an upcoming Global Peace Summit on November 23, 2024, where he aims to galvanize global efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and stability. The summit will feature key political leaders from India and abroad, with a focus on creating a united front for peace.

In his closing remarks, Paul emphasized the role of voter mobilization in U.S. elections, citing his efforts in 2016 and 2020, where his support played a crucial role in swinging key battleground states. He encouraged ethical campaigning and highlighted the importance of grassroots participation in shaping democratic outcomes.
