Even Odd Scheme Is Being Run on Fear Psycho

KEJRIWAL GOVT. TO EVADE RESPONSIBILTY TO FIGHT MAJOR POLLUTANTS LIKE DUST & BIO MASS BURNING HAS HYPED ON VEHICULAR POLLUTION.

New Delhi, 12th January.  Delhi BJP President Shri Satish Upadhyay has said that it looks really very childish that Delhi Chief Minister is trying to claim that Even Odd Traffic Plan is a success of his government and signifies administrative capability.

Shri Upadhyay has said that the truth is that the 12 days feed back has shown that there has not been even iota of reduction in city pollution. Only a slight reduction in road traffic has been experienced. Even on this we find the moment clock strikes 8 pm there is an abnormal rise in traffic on roads.

The hasty introduction of this Even Odd scheme was done just to escape responsibility by Kejriwal government to fight the real causes of pollution be it Bio Mass Burning, Dust Pollution & Charcoal Burning.

Kejriwal regime just to put in cold storage the public outcry against salary hike of MLAs and to cool down Hon’ble Supreme Court’s concern on pollution in Delhi hastily introduced this Even Odd Traffic Plan.

The Delhi government put the onus of pollution control on the people instead of making any concrete efforts to control real pollutants. In this exercise the government has tried to mislead Hon’ble Courts too into believing that vehicular pollution is a major pollutant.

Shri Upadhyay has said that Even Odd Scheme has neither been able to reduce pollution level in the city nor reflects any administrative success for Kejriwal regime.

The vehicles are off the roads due to fear psycho created with a fine of             Rs. 2000.

People are facing hardship commuting and truth is people have accepted it as a 15 days curse during whichschools have been forcibly shut with students loosing heavily on academics during exam days.

Apart from this trade, restaurants and cinema all are facing huge loss of business.
