To the delight of many residents from both the cities, Noida to Faridabad Journey will be reduced from two hours to half an hour from this December. All this will be possible because of the very important bridge that will be constructed on Yamuna near Manjavali in Faridabad, which will be completed by December.

Union Minister of State,  Krishnpal Gurjar, on Tuesday announced this while laying foundation stone for the bridge.

In response to a question, the minister said that the construction of this bridge over Yamuna will be one of the major achievements and biggest successes of his tenure. He said that now like the Eastern-Western Peripheral, the Metro will trap the NCR. He said that his next election issue would be based over setting up and scaling whole network of Metro between Gururgram-Faridabad-Noida.

Further he said that the Manjwali Bridge, will cost about 400 crore and  there will be no toll tax on this Yamuna bridge. He said that the entire construction of the bridge will be in Faridabad region.
