Farmers Protest at Greater Noida Authority, MLA Tejpal Nagar Joins In
A large group of farmers today protested at Greater Noida authority. Farmers were demanding that adequate compensation be accorded to them as per high court orders. The high court in its last order has ordered an increase of 10% in farmer compensation.
MLA Tejpal Nagar met the protesting farmers and said,”Your demands will be forwarded to concerned officials. I assure that I will try my best for early resolution of the problems”.
Farmers have also objected to new pass system being introduced in Greater Noida Authority.
