Talking about the trends in the hospitality and F&B industry, Ms. Neetu says, “F&B is an industry where there are challenges all the time. Every day is a new experiment with food. Every food without spices is not food. So, we are in the right industry wherein we cater to pure spices, different kinds of masalas which can give you different flavors and textures.”

Ms. Neetu further speaks about her expectations from IHE 2022 as an exhibitor, “We’re looking forward to meeting people from the Horeca industry and as I have already mentioned we’re from the spice industries and people require spices in every outfit whether it is hotels, restaurants, street food or any kind of format. We can cater to requirements from Rs. 5 masalas to 50 kgs of masalas at one time. So, we would like to meet multiple people from different industries and different brands and build connections.” She further added, “Also, we would like people to know our range as we are spanning into a variety of categories. Thus, we would like to reach every household. We’re no.1 in the south and export to more than 65 countries. So, we’re looking forward to growing by leaps and bounds.”

Lastly, Ms. Neetu leaves the visitors of IHE on a delicious concluding note, “Come and visit Aachi, taste our Biryani and Gulaab Jaamun and give us your feedback!”
