G L Bajaj Institute of Management & Research (GLBIMR) & Delhi Management Association (DMA) jointly organized a National Conference on “PLOT- Potential Leaders of Tomorrow” on January 24, 2017, Tuesday at India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.  Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director General, GLBIMR and Conference Chairperson shared that the Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Vipin Sondhi, Managing Director & CEO, JCB India and Renowned corporate leaders like Dr. Anup Kalra, Executive Director, Ayurvet Limited CEO (ARF)/ Director Ayurvet Green Energy Solutions at Ayurvet Limited, Mr. Ashish Patel, Director, Morgan Franklin Consulting, Mclean, VA, USA, Dr. Shikha Sharma, Founder & Managing Director, Nutri Health Systems, Mr. Rajiv Kapoor, Group Director, HR, G4S, Mr. Abhay Kapoor, HR Leader, Amazon, Col. Neeraj Shukla, Director, Indian National Defence University, Delhi and many more participated in the mega conference. This high impact glittering conference witnessed participation of more than 300 participants from the world of corporate and academia. Students from many institutes and universities also participated in this event.

During the mega conference, Dr. Urvashi Makkar shared that amalgamation of traditional leadership with newer approaches to people management is a key success factor in today’s economy, given the change in behavior, attitude and expectations of the new digital workforce.
