Galgotias University Student Saurav Gurjar Secures Silver in AIU Wushu Games 2023-24

Saurav Gurjar, a dedicated student pursuing B.A. Political Science at Galgotias University, showcased exceptional skill and determination by clinching the silver medal in the fiercely contested “All India University” (AIU) Wushu Games 2023-24 hosted by Jammu University. This marks Saurav’s second consecutive triumph in the AIU Wushu Games, having secured a bronze medal in the previous edition. Throughout this year’s tournament, Saurav engaged in six intense matches against formidable adversaries representing renowned universities such as Calicut University, Manipur University, Surajmal Brij University, Raja Mahendra University, and Lovely Professional University (LPU). The pinnacle of his journey led him to the final bout against Jammu University, where despite a valiant effort, he narrowly missed the gold medal, settling for a well-deserved silver.
