Students from the Polytechnic Department of Galgotias University participated in a week-long transformative “Technical Training Program” at the Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI) located in Mundra, Gujarat.

The primary objective of this week-long training program was to enhance the skills and expertise of the participants in the field of energy and related industries. The training program emphasized applications, ensuring that participants received both theoretical education and practical experience. The Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI) is a leading institution dedicated to equipping professionals and students with the necessary knowledge for advancing their careers in the energy sector.

Fifty students from the Polytechnic Department of Galgotias University participated in this training program. The first batch included 25 students from the Civil and Mechanical branches, while the second batch comprised 25 students from Computer Science and Electrical branches. Throughout the training period, each batch was fully engaged in sessions designed to improve their current skill levels in the energy sector.

TPSDI’s commitment to job readiness and career development was evident throughout the training sessions. Students were introduced to state-of-the-art facilities and guidance from industry experts, providing them with invaluable insights into various complexities and innovations in the energy field.
