Galgotias University Students Share Inspiring Success Stories | 10th Convocation

Greater Noida News (29 March 2026): Galgotias University hosted its 19th Convocation Ceremony 2026, celebrating the achievements and milestones of graduating students. The ceremony brought together distinguished guests, industry and higher education leaders, faculty members, proud parents, and students in an atmosphere of pride and celebration.
The event was graced by PadmaShri A. S. Kiran Kumar, former Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation, who graced the Ceremony as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished dignitaries present on the occasion included Uma Shankar Pandey, noted social activist and water conservationist; Dhanuka AgriTech’s Dr Ram Gopal Agarwal; and Vinit Goenka.
The ceremony was held in the esteemed presence of university leadership, including Chancellor and Founder; founders Suneel Galgotia , Pro Chancellor Padmini Galgotia; Dr Dhruv Galgotia, CEO, Aradhana Galgotia, Director , Vice Chancellor K. Mallikarjuna Babu; Advisor to the Chancellor Prabhat Kumar; Pro Vice Chancellor Dr Avdhesh Kumar; and Registrar Dr Nitin Kumar Gaur.
During the convocation ceremony, several students shared their journeys, experiences, and achievements while interacting with Ten News Network, reflecting the spirit of perseverance and dedication that shaped their academic success.
Abhilash Kumar Rai, a B.Tech Computer Science graduate, expressed his pride in receiving recognition for his achievements. This trophy means a lot to me. During my B.Tech journey, I explored many opportunities here, and I believe this achievement is the result of those experiences, he said. He dedicated his success to his parents and teachers, adding, They supported me throughout my journey. My message to other students is simple—keep working hard and remain consistent, because consistency is the key to success.

From the Sports Medicine department, Meenal Uniyal shared her excitement about receiving a gold medal. It feels truly wonderful to receive this gold medal, she said. She dedicated the achievement first to her family and then to her teachers and mentors. She also encouraged students to maintain balance in life, stating,
“One should not focus only on academics but also participate in extracurricular activities, because life is about maintaining balance.
Adeeba Ehsan, who completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy (Neurology), proudly shared that she secured the first position and received a gold medal. The university provides a supportive academic environment, and the faculty members are very helpful, she said. She dedicated her achievement to her family and advised aspiring students, Study sincerely and work hard—success will follow.
Similarly, Itanshi Jain, a Master’s of Physiotherapy student in Orthopedics, dedicated her gold medal to her parents. They are my biggest supporters and have always motivated me to achieve my goals, she said. Speaking about the university experience, she added, The infrastructure and academic environment here are very good, and the university focuses on skill development along with theoretical knowledge. Her message to fellow students was, Hard-working people never lose—keep moving forward with determination.
Students from the Psychology department also shared their positive experiences. Kirti said that her academic journey at the university had been extremely rewarding. My experience here has been wonderful. The professors are knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to support students both inside and outside the classroom.

Her colleague Lata Kweera, who secured a 9 CGPA and a gold medal, echoed similar sentiments. The faculty members are very supportive and remain connected with students even after graduation, she said. She dedicated her medal to her parents, especially her mother, along with her friend and teachers. She further highlighted the department’s academic exposure, stating, During our studies, we published research papers, completed internships, and gained valuable practical experience.
Nidhi Thakur from Clinical Research shared her academic journey at the university, noting that she completed both her graduation and post-graduation there and is now pursuing her PhD. Today I also received a gold medal, and I am very grateful to my professors who supported me throughout my journey, she said, adding that her mentors played a crucial role in shaping her success.
Meanwhile, Kajal Shukla, who completed LL.M. in Criminal Law, praised the expertise and guidance of the faculty. The teachers here are highly knowledgeable and supportive, she said. She dedicated her achievement to her mentors and expressed gratitude for the opportunities the university provided for overall academic and professional development.
The convocation ceremony not only celebrated academic excellence but also highlighted the dedication, perseverance, and aspirations of students who are ready to step into the next phase of their careers. With inspiring stories of hard work, family support, and mentorship, the event reflected the university’s commitment to nurturing talent and empowering students to achieve their dreams.
