Ghaziabad Management Association organizes its 34th annual convention

Noida (09/06/2024): Ghaziabad Management Association recently held its 34th annual convention in Hotel Sarovar Premium, Noida on the theme “Developed India @100”.

Shiv Shivakumar, former chairman PepsiCo was the chief guest while Sudhanshu Mani, IRSME, GM(Retd) ICF Chennai, the creater of Vande Bharat was the guest of honor & key note speaker of the event.

There were more than 200 delegates in the event. The leaders of the business and experts of the subjects were there to speak on various topics.

The program was started by lighting the lamp and prayer of Goddess Maa Saraswati in which chief guest, guest of honor, the president of GMA S K Tiwari, GM Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., along with other officials of the organisation were present.

In his opening address, SK Tiwari welcome all the guests and delegates and explained the convention theme in brief. He spoke about how the emerging India @ 75 has become fifth largest economy in the world and how the India is going to be Viksit Bharat @100.

In his inaugural address, Shiv Shivakumar, told the hall that India is progressing and developing very fast and very soon we will become not only the third largest economy in the world but the India will become “Viksit Bharat” from developing India. As a key note speaker, Sudhanshu Mani, spoke about development of infrastructure specially the road and railway and contribution of MSME in making Developed India @100.

A souvenir was also released by the honorable guests.

There were two technical sessions i.e. “Role of Academia” & “Role of Manufacturing and Service Sector” to deliberate and discuss the theme of the program. The experts of the subjects addressed the gathering.

Abhinav Gopal, IAS Chief Development Officer, Ghaziabad was the chief guest of valedictory session who summed up the event and told the importance of organizing such programs. He also unfolded GMA directory on this occasion.

The program was concluded with the prize distribution and vote of thanks by Rahul Agarwal, Executive Director, GMA to all who made this program a success.
