Grads International School organizes drawing competition in collaboration with NGO Saksham Bharti

Greater Noida (01/03/2020) : Grads International School, Greater Noida, in collaboration with Saksham Bharti, an NGO working on computer learning and skill building, organised “Saath-Saath Khwabon Mein Rang Bharo”, an open to all drawing competition, on its premises.

Saksham Bharti has been continuously working to impart computer education to the underprivileged and then, help them with their job placement.

The event was graced by the Ex-President Lions Club Delhi, Noida Shri. R. K. Bansal, Ten News Founder Gajanan Mali, Mukesh Jain, Rajeev Bhasin, Mr. Verma of Saksham Bharti.

An eminent panel of judges including Chitra Singh and Madhupi Bhattacharya, Vikas Paul and Tanya Verma did the critical job of judging the magnificent paintings by the participants. Esteemed judges and dignitaries were felicitated by the Principal of Grads International School Aditi Basu Roy.

The competition was organised with an aim to imbibe values and ideas in students through art.

The competition was open to all children, in the age group of 3 to 15 years, divided into five categories Group A,B,C,D and E. Around 500 students participated in it. Alongwith these activities, “Daan Utsav” was celebrated to spread the joy of giving.

Results declared under different categories :

Group A: Ist – Durga, IInd – Sandhya and IIIrd – Palak,

Group B: Ist – Vaishnavi IInd – Darsh and IIIrd – Mansi

Group C: Ist – Laxmi, IInd- Abeer and IIIrd- Taniya;

Group D: Ist – Tanvi IInd – Kavita and IIIrd- Madhu

Group E: Ist – Neha ; IInd- Sangeeta and IIIrd- Ayush.

The competition concluded with the National anthem after the Prize distribution ceremony.
