Greater Noida Authority CEO Debasish Panda assures quick relief for home buyers

During a press briefing organized at Greater Noida Authority, CEO Debasish Panda informed that total number of 203 projects of Greater Noida is facing trouble. Our assessment is that 80-90 projects are critical on which there seems to be no line of action. On 25th September Authority has called such builders and they will be asked to submit a plan of work, failing which strict action will be taken.
He further informed ,”50-52 projects have requested for rescheduling and are interested to move forward the logjam . 17 out of 52 have paid all pending amount on 15th august and are ready to proceed with the project at high speed. If bank loans or financing is required by such builders authority is also ready to assist to ensure a smooth dialogue between banks and builders”.

He further added, “35 of these 52 builders are talking to banks. They have asked for more time. They have ensured us that by 30 September they will deposit all money. They have also assured to provide timeline of projects. They seem serious and sincere and we are hopeful”.

On completion of projects he said, “27 people have requested completion certificate. 4 have matured and completion will be given this week itself. 22-23 others are also completing paper work formality to move forward and get it done”.

Authority CEO said that 110-100 project buyers will be given relief very soon.
