Greater NOIDA educational institutes gets relief from High Court

Putting a stay on the order of Yamuna Authority order of recovery from the 13 different Institutional allotees Allahabad High Court said that court itself will be conducting hearing of some of the petitions. While some of the cases will forwarded to the administration to take decision over it.

Regarding this issue on Friday all the allote conducted a meeting which in which it was decided to send a letter to the Chief Secretary over this issue.

In between 2009 to 2011 YEDIA has allotted 13 plots to the institutional allotees in sector 17. Now these plots are having different institutions. Four months back YEIDA issued a notice to them and demanded Rs 618 crore from them. In justification of this YEIDA said allotment given were not as per the official rates applicable.

Over which the allottees moved to the court, hearing the matter High Court put a stay over YEDIA order and said that court itself will be conducting hearing of some of the petitions. While some the cases will forward to the administration to take decision over it. Court also raised some question to the authority like if the registry of the land was conducted after giving full payment by the allote than on what basis authority is demanding extra money.

In between allotes alleged that on one side government is asking for investment while on the other side officers disrupting the functionings of the existing institutions ..
