Greater Noida School Girl Rape : Medical report denies allegations!

A girl studying in class 11th of a public school in Greater Noida was allegedly raped in a moving car by three persons on April 18th. The girl was returning back from her school when as per her complaint, she was picked in car by three men including one of her classmate. She was later found late at night in Knowledge park area, lying on road near an engineering institute.

A complaint of rape was filed by her in which she alleged that three men took turns to rape her in moving car after sedating her with a spiked drink. The case was registered under POSCO and other relevant acts and arrests were made. However yesterday when the medical report of the girl came, it rejected the rape theory. As per sources medical report has rejected any signs of rape or injury on the girls body.

The police probe is still on and how and why was the girl found unconscious on a deserted road late at night and what happened for about 10 hours when she was untraceable is still a matter of police probe.

No official comment on the medical report can be obtained by police till the writing of this story.
