Help Pours In For Deceased Bulandshahr Cop, Senior Cops Pledge To Donate One Day’s Salary

India, (5/12/2018): Untimely death of the brave Bulandshahr cop has shocked one and all and the help is pouring from different quarters. After the announcement of Rs 50 Lakh ex-gratia financial assistance from the state government, now police department has also geared up to aid the kin of slain cop.
Ghaziabad police department has decided to donate one day’s salary to the family of martyred Bulandshahr cop Subodh Singh.
As per the information cops above the rank of sub-inspectors will only be part of this donation drive.
Subodh Singh was martyred after he attempted to thwart the Bulandhshahr violence. The cop was hit by a bullet by some unidentified assailants.
The police has registered a case and arrested many individuals in the case.
A special investigation team (SIT) has also been formed to further probe the matter.
The deceased cop’s final rites were performed yesterday at his native village in Etah district of Uttar Pradesh.
The family members have accused of a conspiracy in the matter and have raised fingers at the circumstances following the incident.
Unconfirmed reports also suggest that the family members may meet UP CM Yogi Adityanath on Thursday to raise their demands.
BJP President Amit Shah has also given a statement on the issue has urged to not to politicise the issue and has expressed faith in the on-going investigation while reiterating that accused will be brought to law.
