HP launches enterprise-focused tablets

HP has launched eight new enterprise-focused mobile devices including Windows and Android tablets, 2-in-1 devices, and notebook PCs in the Indian market.

The company’s Pro Slate 8 and Pro Slate 12 are high-definition screen-equipped commercial-grade Android tablets.

Available in 8-inch or 12-inch diagonal displays respectively, the tablets are powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 series processor, and support a 4:3 aspect ratio to easily view business documents and access business applications.

HP Pro Slate 8 is expected to be available in May with a starting price of Rs 33,000 while the HP Pro Slate 12 is expected to be available in May with a starting price of Rs 41,500.
