I.T.S Engineering College – Guest Lecture on topic “How to Begin the Startups & Career Enrichment” .

Computer Science Department of I.T.S Engineering College, one of the Premier Institution in the field of Engineering and Management Education organized a guest lecture on “How to begin a new Startup & Career Enrichment” by Mr. Mahesh Chand & Mr. Dhananjay Kumar. The opening of program was made by welcome speech by Ms. Jayati of CSE department who briefed about Mr. Mahesh Chand and Mr. Dhananjay Kumar. Mr. Mahesh is an award-winning Software Architect, entrepreneur and author with a rich experience of 18 years of software development in building complete solutions using cutting-edge technologies. He is a founder of C# Corner and 10-times Microsoft MVP. He has developed systems for the Healthcare, Financial, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering & Architectural, Imaging, Construction, and Software industries. Mr. Mahesh has worked with companies like Comcast, Unisys, Adidas, Microsoft, Excelon Corp, Johnson & Johnson, University of Pennsylvania Hospital, PMI, McGraw-Hill, and Barclays. Mr. Mahesh has authored half a dozen books and thousands of articles on software programming and architecture. As a social community leader, in year 1999, Mahesh founded C# Corner, a social online community for IT professionals and developers to provide free online resources to students, IT professionals and people in need. Today, C# Corner has become one of the most popular websites in the world with over 3+ million monthly users. Mr. Dhananjay Kumar is a programmer, an independent trainer, a consultant and a blogger. He is 6 times Microsoft MVP, one of top member’s of C# Corner community, and consultant for Infragistics. He is having more than 9 years of experience as programmer, trainer and evangelist. Currently he is focusing on MEAN stack along with VSNext. He has authored more than 850 blog posts and delivered around 70 community sessions and has trained over 1000 IT learners and professionals during industrial workshops, Faculty and student Development Programs Mr. Mahesh Chand & Mr. Dhananjay Kumar were welcomed with the bouquet presentation by Dr. Ashish Kumar, HOD-IT, ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida and the talk was initiated by Honorable guest Mr. Mahesh Chand explaining about Startups and about how to prepare for new startup elaborating about it’s each step, including discussion of founder, cofounder, partners, advisory board, funding, investors, execution, marketing and exit strategy. Mr. Mahesh further explained about different types of startup including Accidental & planned startup, Business & hobby based startup,taking example of facebook and twitter, and finally about MVP(Minimum Value product) This was followed by talk by Mr. Dhananjay Kumar about various technical interview and how to make your career. His talk emphasized on the need of learning various recent Tools / skills according to need of industry. The B.Tech. 3rd and 4th year students of various branches of I.T.S Engineering College attended the lecture. It was very prestigious for ITS Engineering College to have such Dignified and very Humble Knowledgeable Gentleman and to grasp their views and technical knowledge. Finally, Ms. Jayati of CSE department, I.T.S Engineering College gave a Vote of Thanks Speech and Dr. Ashish Kumar, HOD-IT, ITS Engineering College gave Token of Appreciation to Mr. Mahesh Chand & Mr. Dhananjay Kumar.
