I.T.S Engineering College organized a Career Embolden Exposure Program for B.Tech 1 st year students by Rural Shores Business Services on 27 th September, 2016. The objective of the event was to check students’ understanding about employability skills and provide them an opportunity to learn the facts related to the employability skills along with the industry requirement in present scenario. The chief speaker of the event was Mr Neeraj Aggarwal assisted by Ms Priya Kapoor, Mr Naresh Himnani, Mr Mrinal Roka & Ms Archna. They highlighted many serious issues particularly related to the 1 st year engineering students. The Speakers focused on how a person can change disabilities into abilities followed by many real life examples.The event was very fruitful in terms of students’ career & it was highly appreciated by the participants. Students felt a great transformation & motivation. I.T.S Engineering College is always keen to undertake initiatives for the betterment and advancement of the students. It puts forward all possible opportunities to enable the students to reach on their destination.The event concluded with heartfelt wishes to all the students.
