I.T.S Engineering College organized a Farewell Party

College Farewell parties are always an exciting affair and bring alive a lot of happy memories. Third year students of Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications and IT Engineering of I.T.S Engineering College organized a Farewell Party (Festa D’Addio-14) to bid adieu to the outgoing students of 2010-2014 batch on 23rd April 2014.

The function started by welcoming the 4th year students of EEE , ECE and IT with Tilak ceremony& presented roses as a token of love. The girl students were adorned in saris, the boys complemented them in formals.

The function started with the welcome address by students which was followed by the speeches of honorable Head of the Departments, Registrar, & Head Of CRC Department. The event comprised of several dance and singing performances & to make the event more entertaining & engaging a game of tongue twister was also played . The seniors shared their experiences during the stay in I.T.S Engineering College . The main Attraction of the event was the fashion show put up by the juniors to give the seniors an opportunity to showcase their talent on the ramp wherein the aspirants were adjudged for Mr. and Miss farewell by a panel of three Judges namely Ms. Ankita Agarwal, Mrs. Priyanka Patnaik and Mr. Saroj Dhal. Finally, after three rounds, the judges declared the names of winners. Mr. Abhinav Upadhyay as Mr. Farewell and Miss Shweta was titled as Miss Farewell -14

Honourable Head of the Department (EEE) Dr. Vinay Kakkar , HOD-IT Dr. Ashish Kumar and HOD Dr. Lokesh Bansal congratulated the winners and presented mementoes & title sashes to the winners.

Finally the event closed with presenting the gift & titles to each student of outgoing batch as a token of love & wishing their bright career & happy life ahead. It was followed by vote of thanks & snacks distribution.
