Listen what DGP Sulkhan Singh said on Noida Traffic Woes and lack of enough Police

Traffic vows of Noida residents and issue of shortage of police force were raised in front of DGP Sulkhan Singh when he visited Gautam Buddha Nagar district today.

The DGP said, “There is a shortage of traffic police in the region. We acknowledge that and are working in the direction to improve that. Technology does help but it isn’t self dependent. We are also working on making the highways and expressway more safe. It has been reported that CCTV’s installed at various stretches aren’t working and orders have been issued to correct them. E-Challan’s are also being issued to defaulters who are over-speeding on these roads.”

Speaking on shortage of police force in the city he said,”We are trying to get more force here. However our focus will be on increasing the resources and providing them best possible support system to make police more efficient”.
