Lok Sabha Elections 2019: PM Modi is a ‘drama king’ says Congress Spokesperson Randeep Surjewala

New Delhi: (28/03/2019) On March 28, PM Modi addressed a mega public rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerut.



Targeting PM Narendra Modi, Congress Spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said that today on the farmer’s historical land Meerut, we have seen a dramatic act by the Prime Minister. It looks like after losing upcoming Lok Sabha election PM Modi will move to work in cinema.

Surjewala also revealed PM’s video (claimed to be of February, 4 2017) of rally before Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, in which the PM promised to clear all dues of sugarcane farmers with in 14 days, if BJP government elected to power in Uttar Pradesh.

Targeting PM Modi then promise, the leader said that Rs 20,000 crore of sugarcane farmers is due with the state government in Uttar Pradesh. Only six districts along with Meerut — the city where PM is addressing the public — has dues of around Rs 10074 crore. While, sugarcane farmers of Meerut has Rs. 1055 crore dues with the government.

While asking about the alliance of Congress in New Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the leader said that the grand old party will contest solo in both the states.
