Man killed by son-in-law in UP

Sambhal (UP), Dec 1 (PTI) A 60-year-old man was allegedly murdered by his son-in-law at Tajpur village in Nakhasa area here over a family dispute, police said today.

The incident occurred last night when Laeq had invited his son-in-law, Yunus, to his house, police said.

Yunus first shot at Laeq and then hacked him to death, they said, adding, the incident was stated to be the fallout of a family dispute.

The accused fled from the scene after the incident. The matter is being probed, they said.
