Mental Health NGOs SCARF and Sangath to launch course on Reporting on Mental Health for Journalists
SCARF and Sangath, two NGOs based in Chennai and Delhi respectively, and working in the field of mental health are launching the 2nd batch of the free ESSENCE E-Learning Course for Sensitive Reporting on mental health for journalists & media professionals in India.
The course is designed to increase the knowledge and understanding of mental health amongst professionals who apply. This course will help journalists raise awareness about mental health and reduce stigma in the society.
The application for the course is open till 8th September, 5.00 PM.
Applicants who successfully complete this course will be eligible to apply for the ESSENCE (Part time and Paid) Fellowship.
