New Delhi, May 9 – Hours after posting an open letter to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, suspended AAP leader Kapil Mishra on Tuesday went to the CBI office to register a complaint against him and other party leaders.

Mishra, who carried three sealed envelops that he called “evidences”, has accused the top AAP leadership of using illegal funds and questioned the foreign tours by AAP leaders.

“I will file three complaints. The first against Arvind Kejriwal for involving in corruption. The second against Satyendar Jain for the illegal land deal, and third against five AAP leaders who misused funds for foreign trips,” Mishra told reporters.

“I will sit on a hunger strike if they do not reveal details of their foreign trips,” Mishra said.

He alleged that there had been “illegal funding” during the Punjab elections and that tickets were being “sold” by the party during the MCD elections.

“Raghav Chadha, Ashish Khetan, Sanjay Singh, Satyendar Jain and Durgesh Pathak all went on foreign tours, the details of which should be revealed. Sanjay Singh even did some illegal dealings in Russia,” Mishra alleged.

Earlier in the morning, Mishra wrote an open letter to Kejriwal challenging him to a poll battle.

In the letter, Mishra said he will register an FIR against Kejriwal.
