Motivation to Freshers by CRC, Head,Mr. Ritesh Pandey in ITS Engineering College

Mr. Ritesh Pandey – Head Corporate Resource Centre, ITS  the education Group,  has worked as business Development Manager – Training Services – North & East India at Dimension Data India Ltd, as Freelance Trainer at .  and also as Chief Manager -Sales Training at Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Mr. Ritesh Pandey has Over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing, Business development & Sales Training in Finance / Insurance and IT. He has extensive knowledge & understanding of a wide range of training methods, techniques & formats. Sir, is Competent in assessing & implementing strategies for sales which are effective solution to the customer needs, with an aim to improve customer contentment & consequently customer loyalty, repeat & referral business. He is Adept at interpreting how business strategies translates into an organization development & Training Strategies.

Mr. Ritesh Pandey’s pursuit’sare :

(1.)Equipped with considerable experience in all areas related to a start up specialist for any business units in special reference to Insurance & IT; pertaining to the total business support including Training, Operation, sales, and Business Analytics & Strategic management.

(2.) Has been praised for oratory skills as a training Manager.  And has addressed to sessions as big as 1000 + audiences.

The program initiated by a welcome address by Prof. Anemone Koul Chaku, the coordinator of the program followed by Mr. Ritesh Pandey’s address to all the freshers. The aim was to stir and motivate the spirit of all the newcomers and to remain steadfast on their goals.

He said to the students that challenges will always be there and one can  have so many reasons for not doing things, as one blames the circumstances. So it is important to stay motivated and remain focused on the individual goal as mind is the bigger enabler to convert victories and shed away negative thoughts. They should have firm conviction that “What I will be tomorrow it is in my hand and I will create the destiny for my self and for my family and society.” It is important to note down personal achievements and have our ideals as they help us to grow and achieve something in life. The students had faces gleamed with satisfaction, enthusiasm and determination to achieve what they and their parents have aspired for .
