#Nigerian rape accused eludes police grasp, partner quizzed

GURGAON: The woman who lived with Eker David, the Nigerian national accused of raping a 16-year-old American girl, was questioned by police on Saturday. There were also reports that the suspect was in his rented Sector 46 house, when a police team reached on Friday night, but managed to give them the slip by jumping off the first-floor balcony and fleeing. Police commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk, however, denied these reports and said David will be arrested soon.
