As you are aware, FONRWA has filed S L P in Supreme Court praying for interim Order restraining NTBCL not to recover any toll tax on DND Flyway until our P I L lin Allahabad High Court is disposed off. Pleased to inform you all that our case was heard today and after arguments, hon’ble Chief Justice of India,ordered that P I l filed by FONRWA be disposed off by High Court within 3 months failing which interim stay may be granted, Thanks and best wishes.
