Noida – Greater Noida to get 450 new traffic police personnel by end of this week!

Noida – Greater Noida will be getting 450 new traffic police personnels By the end of this week. DGP Uttar Pradesh shared this information with CM Yogi Aditiyanath on Friday while CM was taking review meeting at Greater Noida Authority office. SSP Vaibhav Krishna also confirmed the report. For now, only 150 traffic personnel’s were handling the traffic management in both the twin cities which are quite low as compared to the pressure of vehicular movement both cities has.



SSP Vaibhav Krishna told that “DGP had ordered to deploy 450 traffic personnel’s to deploy in Gautam Budh Nagar after which every busy roundabout will have traffic police. It is expected that thereafter major roundabouts in Noida and Pari Chowk in Greater Noida will get rid of the Jam. New personnel will be trained first and have special directions to keep an eye on the commuters using the wrong side. A large number of vehicles in Greater Noida commute in the wrong direction. Now strict action will be taken against such commuters and their vehicles will be seized.
