Noida International Airport Plot Scheme 2018: Lucky Draw on Dec 20 to unlock Applicants Fortune

Greater Noida (13/12/2018) : Days after the Uttar Pradesh government approved the social impact assessment report of the proposed international airport at Jewar, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). On October 12 announced the launch of a plot scheme near the upcoming airport.

Now on 20th December authority will be conducting a lucky draw against the received application in the scheme. In this scheme till 17th November, which is the last date for applying authority had received 7,736 applications against the 1,977 offered plots.

These 1,977 plots, will be comprising under six different size that is 60, 90, 120,162, 200, and 300 square meter. Lying in the five to seven kilometer periphery of the proposed airport, the plots are located at sectors 18, 19, 20, 22A, 22C and 22D. Rate has been fixed at Rs 15,600 per square meter.

Yamuna Authority CEO Arun Veer Singh told that “In this scheme we had offered the mode of payment in which allote have to give pull payment within 60 days of allotment. In second option payment can be given in two equal installments of six months and in third option payment can be done in monthly installments of five year. Hopefully under the first option we received four times more application against the offered number of plots.”

The allotment would be done through a lucky draw on 20th December and if the process will not be get completed at the same then it will also be continued on 21st December.
