NRI Federation has invited Home Minister of India and Chief Minister of Maharashtra for upcoming India Fair 2015 in April at New Jersey Convention and Expo Centre, America. NRI Federation members meet with Hon’ble Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and it is followed by a meeting with Hon’ble Home Minister Rajnath Singh. In Delhi the representatives were Ravi Somany, Bharat Shah, Mayur Faria and Deepak Kavadia. The meeting was headed by the Founder Member of NRI Federation, Mr. Deepak Kavadia.

 

Deepak Kavadia strives for betterment of NRIs and discussed in length the issues faced by the NRIs in India. And therefore, he wants to propose the “NRI Federation”, a non-profit organization which will be easily accessible to all the NRI Federation members around the globe and will facilitate to resolve the issues faced by the NRIs in India.

 

NRI Federation delegation headed by Deepak Kavadia has invited the Home Minister of India as well the Chief Minister of Maharashtra to be the special guest of honor for the “Make in India”- India Fair 2015 held on April 18 and 19 at New Jersey Convention and Expo Centre. In this show, approximately 30,000 people and 600 hundred entrepreneurs would participate for the promotion and exports of goods to be made in India. The NRI Federation has officially invited Home Minister of India and Chief Minister of Maharashtra. The Home Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh has accepted the invitation subject to his availability and Humble Chief Minister of Maharashtra has also assured the same.

 

The NRI Federation requested to the Chief Minister for special policy for the NRIs in Maharashtra that could boost their investments and ultimately further promote growth of the Indian economy.

 

The NRI Federation has set up a team in Mumbai and Delhi for the purpose. The NRI Federation’s functions are in Business Development in India, promote Tourism, Foreign Direct Investments, Business Enterprises, Investments in Industrial Sector, Legal assistance, Safety and Security of the NRIs in India etc. The NRI Federation has also proposed to adopt two rural villages to develop as per our Prime Minister’s program. The Hon’ble Chief Minister is keen about agricultural development and NRI participation in the rural development.  A team of NRI headed by Shri Depak Kavadia from USA assures Chief Minister to work with the Indian Goverment for promotion of Tourism, and rural development.

 

The NRI Federation has already appointed Advocate Mayur Faria for legal advice as he is already working with some members of NRI Fed who are facing similar issues regarding extortion to NRI, mishandling of the legal system by some police officers in Maharashtra. The Hon’ble Chief Minister ensured that such issues will be addressed to the concerned officers and direction with regard will be issued.

 

NRI Federation members have High Expectation’s from the Modi Government and the Hon’ble Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis have assured them the full co-operations and policy implementation.
