NRI SUPERTECH FLAT BUYTER – ALLEGES SCAM IN REMOVING SERVANT ROOMS PLANNED

  1. Sold me Flat with Servant room, but no servant room anymore in the flat. They didn’t even bother to inform me or mention anywhere, thinking that I will never find out about it and pay them for it, and then run around them.
  2. Fake or Ficticious Space –Charging for extra area, while changed not even a single inch in the flat dimension (and I mean it not even a single inch). I have the proof. Even after talking and writing multiple time, they have not provided any proof of additional space.

you will surprised to read this that Flat (3 Bedroom plus Servant room) that was sold to us in 2008 was 1895 Square ft., is later been sold 2075 Square ft, with 0% change in layout or design.

Look at this simple calculation:

Here is the calculation for the flat/building for which we are talking here and for which the living area dimensions of the flat has not changed even an inch (I will attach the Old and new Layouts as a proof here):

Initial sold size of the Flat with servant room = 1895 sqftNew (fake/fictitious) size of the Flat with servant room = 2075 sqft

Difference in size per flat =2075-1895=180 sqft Increase in size per floor (4 flats/per floor) =180×4 =720 sqft Servant Room size = 70 Sqft/per flat (approximately) Servant rooms removed for two flats per floor, so the total size removed= 70×2=140 sqft. (This area is not adjusted anywhere else in the living area for your information).

Total increased area = Increase in size per floor + Servant rooms removed for two flats per floor, so the total size removed=720+140=860 square ft.

As per our recorded conversation, company has increased this 780 square ft in super area, which is not only hard to believe but impossible (that to only in one Tower). Initially they said flat size has been increased. Then, I grabbed the current layout of the flat from their website and showed them, then they change the story that they have increased this area somewhere which they cannot show or give us in writing.

If you price this area with average price of 3300 Rs/square ft for around 20+ floors, it will be (860x3300x20)= 56760000 RS (5.67 Crores Rs. Extra from one Building). This number will be higher if the building has more floors, which I will find out soon. Therefore, it is not a small fraud scheme, but a big one.

  1. They are in total breach by removing the servant room which is a major change in the plan.
  2. They are refusing for my “Right to Information”.
