ON THE FOUNDATION DAY OF THE PARTY, BJP WORKERS MAKE EXTENSIVE CONTACT WITH THE VOTERS

On the Foundation day of BJP and last holiday before the elections, the BJP workers went door to door at every booth level to seek vote for the party in the Chandni Chowk Parliamentary Constituency today. Under the leadership of Legislators, Councillors, senior leaders, District and Mandal Presidents, meetings of workers were held in every Mandal. In these meetings strategy was framed for the coming days and also for the day of voting. The leader of Valmiki Samaj of Dariyaganj Shri Madanlal announced his support to Dr. Harsh Vardhan.

Former Central Minister and Film Actor Shri Satrughan Sinha addressed election meetings in support of Dr. Harsh Vardhan and attracted the people in his own style. In his address to the people, he said that they have an opportunity to choose between an honest public servant, corrupt minister and an opportunist journalist and he is confident that the people of the heart of Delhi Chandni Chowk will certainly choose dedicated public servant Dr. Harsh Vardhan.

In his address, Dr. Harsh Vardhan congratulated party men on the occasion of Party’s Foundation Day, today and said entire BJP clan looks forward towards formation of Modi Government.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan along with senior party leader Shri Arif Begh today joined a symposium organized by a NGO ‘Anjuman Aman Dost, Insaan Dost’ near Delhi Gate. Speaking at the symposium, Dr. Harsh Vardhan introduced the BJP slogan ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ and assured the gathering that development of all irrespective of religion, caste or creed shall be the Rashtra Dharm of Modi Government. Later, along with Shri Begh, Dr. Iqbal Gauri and Md. Iqbal Shabga, Dr. Harsh Vardhan paid floral tributes at the grave of Party’s Founder Member Shri Sikandar Bakht.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan started his public contact today from Sushila Park of Chandni Chowk and Councilor Smt. Surekha Gupta, BJP leader Shri Suman Kumar Gupta, Shri Anand Bharti accompanied him. After that he made his public contact in Matia Mahal, Chandni Chowk, Sadar and Ballimaran AC including main roads and lanes. He staged intensive road show and padyatra in Azmeri Gate, Sitaram Bazar, Chudiwalam, Chawari Bazar, Kashmere Gate, Hamilton Road, Mori Gate, Singhara Chowk, Nabi Kareem, Aram Nagar, Khatik Basti, Rajpura, Gur Mandi, where BJP leaders Shri Gopal Garg, Shri Jai Prakash, Shri Moti Lal Sodhi etc. made public contact with the voters and at all the places, Dr. Harsh Vardhan was welcomed.

In his meeting with the traders community in Civil Lines, Dr. Harsh Vardhan assured that after coming to power, BJP will reconsider FDI in retail and curb corruption in VAT, Excise Departments by forming Traders Advisory Committees.
