Online counseling for Abdul Kalam Techincal University colleges begins today!

Greater Noida:  Online counselling Process for colleges affiliated to Abdul Kalam Techincal University will begin today, as per the official notification. Counselling will be completed in four rounds and all the candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam despite what so ever their rank they will be eligible for this counselling.

The online counselling process will end on 29 July after that spot counselling will be done for the vacant seats in government colleges at AKTU campus. Thereafter from 27 July new session will begin in colleges as per the announcement made by the University.

Result will be declared on 4th July for the first phase of counselling. Every rank holder will be eligible for counselling but college will be offered on the basis of rank. candidates have to submit 1000 rupees as registration charge. After result declaration between 4 July to 7 July student has to fulfil all the formalities.

Candidates will have to undergo document verification process and select their preferred colleges and courses for admission, in the order of their priority. Thereafter, students will have to lock their choices and the final seat allotment will be done by AKTU on the basis of merit.

Once getting done with all this student will have to pay an approval amount of 20 thousand for General and OBC candidates while 12 thousand for SC \ ST candidates. Once a student will lock the seat it will get mandatory for him\ her to take admission in their chosen college. But if a student wants to go for another round of counselling they will have to choose float option. this option will only be applicable on 1st and 2nd round counselling not for 3rd and 4th round.
