Over 200 undelivered voter ID cards have been retrieved from a garbage dump: AAP

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party On Monday Giving 5 Year Report Card of West Delhi MP Parvesh Verma and showing Evidence of how voters are being denied their right to vote held a press conference at Party office.



Addressing the Media, AAP Leader Raghav Chadha said, “More than five Voter Registration Camps were organised in Badarpur, South Delhi.Thousands of People visited the camps. Even though the registration was successful and the voter ID cards were ready, these cards didn’t get deliver.”

He further said, “Over 200 undelivered voter ID cards have been retrieved from a garbage dump on the Badarpur-Tajpur-Pahadi road. Upon inspection, it has been found that all of these belong to voters registered during the Voter Registration Camps that were organised by the AAP.”

“The shocking discovery of more than 200 voter ID cards found lying in garbage exposes the nexus between the BJP and Booth Level Officers of EC and officers of postal Department as they work in tandem to snatch away the democratic rights of the people,” added Chadha.
