Past  now haunts  the former BCCI President . Amendment to rules, in the days his word was law got him to control both BCCI and Cement India I P L cricket team . Ignoring that this is conflict of interest  he forced  the change. Supreme Court  has come  down heavily  when he thought that the let off on the betting charge by the Mudgal  Committee  will restore him as BCCI President. The past catches up when one least expects it to do so.
