Power drive for 100 new meters a day

The Noida power department, which started a drive against theft and illegal power connections on July 1, issued new connections and took measures to regularize old and overload connections in the past three days.

The department claims that the drive is aimed at issuing 100 new meters a day, identifying defaulters, generate accountability and build a database of consumers.
