PURNAM brings the best of international entrepreneurs to India with its exclusive lifestyle exhibition in the capital

New Delhi, July 10, 2014: PURNAM, an exhibitions and events enabling organisation, brought together top talent from both India and abroad to a one-of-its kind lifestyle exhibition in New Delhi’s Ashoka Hotel in July. Entrepreneurs from London, Pakistan,Dubai as well as the Indian cities of Mumbai, Amritsar, Jaipur and Kolkata exhibited exquisite home décor products, jewellery, gems, apparel in chiffon and silk, elaborate dupattas, traditional apparel from Benares and delicate handicrafts amongst others. A part of the proceeding from the exhibition was donated to the NGO Akshay Pratishthan, with which the founders of PURNAM have been associated for many years now.

Indu Gupta, Co Founder, Purnam said, “Our endeavour at PURNAM has always been to enable entrepreneurs to widen their horizons with our exhibitions. This time we are also providing buyers the opportunity to get access to the best of lifestyle products from across the globe. This exhibition will set a precedent for the exhibitions’ space in India with our long list of international participants.”

 

She also added, “Staying true to our commitment of enriching society, we have tied up with Akshay Pratishthan, an NGO that contributes to the welfare of the less fortunate in society. A part of the earnings of the organisation will be contributed towards this noble cause.”

Amongst the exhibitors were Ruchi Jain with her exquisite wedding apparel brand- Kylee, Aura Creations from Mumbai with their splendid collection of home décor items, Ritu Kedia known for her exclusive range of children’s apparel, ladies’ suits and sarees and ethnic wear, Meenal Seth with her fun brand of kid’s fashion- Candyfloss, House of Quilts and Sanam Tamanna from Dubai amongst many other successful and budding designers.

 

The exhibition will continue in Indore and with a second edition in Delhi in the successive months of the year.
