RERA chairman to hold benches twice a week in Greater Noida Authority

Greater Noida: The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has made slight changes in the functioning of its benches is Gr Noida. From June onwards the UP RERA chairman Rajiv Kumar will hold bench twice a week in Gr. Noida. Bench 1 and bench 2 will operate five days a week.

As of now, three benches are operational at Greater Noida. Now from this month bench, 1a will also start operations. It will be held twice a week on Wednesday and Thursday. While bench 2 will remain operational for the rest of five days.

Apart from all this the authority has also planned for an adjudicating officer bench at Lucknow. Later a similar bench will also be set up in Greater Noida office too that will adjucate compensation amount.

Now the builders had also started lodging cases against buyers because buyers have not been paying dues and have not come for possession, because of which builder’s cash flow is affecting.
