Rohini resident Anuj – 22-year-old shot at after fight over parking in Narela , critically injurred.
The two argued and got into a scuffle, after which Mukesh allegedly pulled out a pistol and fired at Anuj. The bullet hit him on his arm and then went on to hit his abdomen. Seeing Anuj fall, Mukesh took his own bike and fled from the spot, police said.
