New Delhi, 20th July 2023: Sara Ali Khan was spotted undertaking the Amarnath yatra in Jammu and Kashmir, just a day after she posted photos from her Sonamarg holiday. Videos and images of Sara from Amarnath, one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage destinations in the country, went viral on Thursday.
As she made her way to the shrine, she was encircled by other pilgrims.
ANI published a video on Twitter of Sara from Amarnath, saying, “Watch: Actor Sara Ali Khan undertakes Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir.”
The actor was surrounded by her team and security officers in the video as she made her way down after visiting the shrine. She was dressed in a turquoise jacket and matching trousers, with a red chunni (scarf) around her neck. She also had red tika (vermilion) on her forehead.
Sara Ali Khan recently took to Instagram to provide a glimpse of her travels. The actor uploaded a series of photos from her mountain escapades, including one of her relaxing in a nice tent, sipping tea, with an adorable little goat nestled up in her lap.
She wrote in her caption, “When the soul is content and the hamstrings are sore, bakri se phir bacchon se ki dosti (made friends with goat and children), and then we had the chai (tea) I adore.”
Sara was most recently seen with Vicky Kaushal in, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, which performed reasonably at the box office. Anurag Basu’s, Metro In Dino is one of her next ventures. The film, billed as an anthology, also stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Konkona Sen Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, and Neena Gupta.
