SC to hear plea tomorrow seeking cancellation of offline exams for class X-XII

New Delhi, February 22: The Supreme Court will hear a plea on February 23 seeking cancellation of physical exams for Class X and XII to be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), and all state boards

The plea will be heard by Justice A M Khanwilkar bench on Wednesday.

The students have approached the top court on seeking intervention against the board exams scheduled to be conducted by the CBSE, ICSE, NIOS & other state boards.

Justice AM Khanwilkar & his bench asked the advocate of the petioner to serve the copy to the CBSE & all state boards.

As per reports from ANI, the petion was filed by child right activist Anubha Shrivastava Sahai seeking directions to the State Boards, CBSE, ICSE, NIOS who are going to conduct board exams for X & XII in offline mode to pass a notification regarding alternate board of assessment instead of offline exams.
