Supertech bid to alter projects irks buyers

Fresh trouble seems to be brewing for Supertech as homebuyers of projects in Greater Noida West (formerly Noida Extension) have objected to the realty firm’s attempt to get prior permission to make additions or alterations to its ongoing projects.

The realty firm is already at the centre of controversy with the Allahabad high court ordering demolition of its Apex and Ceyane towers in Emerald Court project in Noida. The order has, however, been stayed by the Supreme Court until the next hearing.
