SUPERTECH FLAT BUYERS ASOCIATION WELCOMES ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT ORDERS FOR DEMOLITION OF 40 –STOREY BUILDING OF REALITY MAJOR SUPERTECH IN EMRALD COURT PROJECT IN NOIDA.

THIS WAS TOTALLY ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND HURT THE EXISTING FLAT OWNERS IN EMRALD COURT

Noida/ New Delhi April 11, 2014 Several buyers of flats in Emerald Court project in Sector 93-A owned by reality major Supertech group have welcomed the much awaited Allahabad High court orders on Friday ordering the demolition two 40 -Storey towers in the Emerald Court project in Sector 93 A on Noida Greater Noida expressway.

“We welcome the demolition of totally illegally constructed two towers which had become an eye sour and spoilt the living of hundreds of existing residents in the Emerald court complex. We had been complaining to the Noida Authority but of no use. The high court order of prosecuting the officers of Noida Authority is also welcome”said Mr Yatinder Pal Singh Suri, one of the flat owners who has yet not taken possession in Emerald court as he has not been provided his three parkings and servant quarter booked along with the flat.

“The flats in the Emerald court were yet lying empty but the builder Supertech owned by Mr R.K.Arora started construction of two new 40 storey towers within small space and both towers almost touching each other . This was being done despite promises given to earlier buyer in various towers not being fulfilled”said MR V.K.Arora, convenor of the Supertech Flat owners Association .

“This had already congested the area due to excessive construction and it had become difficult to live in the complex due to over selling of parking and small space left for entrance of the existing residents. None of the towers that are due for demolition were occupied . We hope all the buyers will be compensated as per High court orders and money refunded with interest “”said Mr Arora

“This should also become an example for other builders and the central and state government should come up with strict reality build to tame such builders”Mr Suri said.
