Three members of inter- state gang held for duping 30 men at ATM booth

Noida: Three members of an inter-state gang were arrested by the Sector 58 police on Friday for allegedly duping more than 30 people at  ATM kiosks. The suspects would swap the ATM cards of the people at the vending machine on the pretext of helping them, police said.


The suspects were identified as Sonu, Aryan and Nitin. According to police, the suspects all in their mid-twenties, are a part of an eight-member gang. The leaders of the gang and other members are on the run.

“The suspects were stopped during regular checking near the Radisson tri-junction in Sector 57 around 11.55 pm on Friday. As many as 47 ATM cards of various banks were recovered from them. On further interrogation they told us about their gang in detail. We are on the lookout for the other members of the gang,” Shavez Khan, SHO, sector 58 police station, said.
