Tourism New Zealand invites cricket fans for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 in partnership with Fanatic Sports

With less than 70 days to go until the ICC Cricket World Cup (ICC CWC) 2015, Tourism New Zealand co-hosted a corporate evening with Fanatic Sports in Delhi. The event saw the launch of the sports travel company’s special packages to New Zealand for the mega sporting event. New Zealand is hosting 23 matches over god tournament across seven regions, namely Auckland, Hamilton, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, Dunedin and Napier.

 

Speaking about the partnership, David Craig, General Manager Asia, Tourism New Zealand said, “We are excited to co-host one of the world’s biggest sporting events and India is one of our key target markets for this purpose. Through our partnership with Fanatic Sports, we aim to attract cricket fans and business travellers from India to New Zealand for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.”
