UP Medical Education Minister reviews Covid arrangements at GIMS, Greater Noida

Greater Noida: On Saturday, Medical Education Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government, Suresh Kumar Khanna, inspected the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) in Greater Noida. He reviewed the facilities available at the institute and interacted with Rakesh Gupta, director of the medical institute.
Suresh Khanna praised the efforts of GIMS in fight against the deadly Covid 19 virus and said, “During this second wave of Covid-19, GIMS is going to play an important role and we will try to provide every possible help to the institute.”
During his visit, he also took a review meeting with doctors and visited the vaccination rooms. The medical institute is equipped with a specialized lab for Covid 19 testing and has a specific Covid care department.
Jewar MLA Jewar Dhirendra Singh accompanied the minister during his visit.
