UP RERA holds meeting with Promoters to review current status of their projects

Greater Noida:  As many as five promoters were called today for a meeting with the Uttar Pradesh Real estate Regulatory Authority to review the current status of their projects both physically and financially. Chairman UP RERA  Rajive Kumar chaired the meeting which was attended by Sh. Balvinder Kumar, Member UP-RERA, . Abrar Ahmed, Secretary UP-RERA and R.D. Paliwal, Conciliator, NCR.

Authority directed all promoters to submit their completion plan of projects. Authority discussed the issues being faced by the Promoters leading to delay in project and find ways to resolve them. The Authority will also put across the concern to concerned authorities in real time for speedy addressal.  Chairman directed the promoters to take up certain initiative to regain the trust of buyers and assure cash flows for timely delivery of flats. In the next week, Authority will call 10 promoters to discuss the above points with their respective projects.
