Visit this portal to check the availability of Covid beds in Gautam Buddh Nagar
Noida / Greater Noida, 28th April: After receiving directions from the UP government to publicly share data on availability of oxygen, ICU and ventilator beds, the district administration of Gautam Buddh Nagar is ready with a web portal for the same that is expected to be launched today.
The portal will not show a real time status but will be updated twice or thrice a day. Anyhow, the portal will bring a sigh of relief to the attendees of thousands of Covid patients who have been struggling to find Covid beds in the district. Multiple people so far have lost their lives or got critically ill, only because they were unable to find a vacant bed.
The portal – gbncovidtracker.in, which is currently under maintenance, will display all the information regarding availability of the beds in all Covid hospitals in the district.
At the moment, there are about 150 vacant beds in the district, but sufficient oxygen is not available with those beds. So the administration will have to make a choice, whether or not to display the information of those beds.
