New Delhi, 19 July 2022: In conversation with the Ten News Network, Sanjay Khullar, member of the advisory board of IHE 2022, vice chairman of the Seasons group, and President of the Food & Beverage, IHE 2022 talks about the 5th Edition India International Hospitality Expo, 2022.

IHE is one of the biggest Hospitality fairs organised in the country by the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida which is going to be scheduled for the month of August. It is also an opportunity and an ideal platform for all hospitality professionals to learn and exchange ideas and showcase new technologies and innovations.

He addresses the future potential of IHE stating, “IHE was started in 2018, they had a clear vision to take this industry to the level of Gulfood which is one of the biggest international hospitality fairs and Thaifex that happens in Thailand. Currently, there are 25000 to 30000 people as visitors and over 800 exhibitors at IHE, this is going to be the biggest hospitality show in India.”

Talking about how different this year’s show would be from the previous years, he remarked that this year a franchise pavilion is being introduced, and people seeking a franchise for their business are welcome. There are cloud kitchens being set up as well. New industries post-pandemic seeking opportunities can grab this opportunity to gain learning and expand their growth.

He concluded by giving a message to the hospitality professionals that, “in the post-pandemic era, people are trying to revive their business. So instead of traveling abroad for opportunities in other hospitality fairs, it is convenient now to visit IHE instead.”

He welcomes everyone to participate and gain maximum learning and growth.
