Woman shot at for resisting robbery bid at #Ghaziabad home

GHAZIABAD: A 48-year-old woman was shot at and injured while resisting two robbers who broke into her house in the upscale Raj Nagar early on Monday. The robbers, however, abandoned their plan to ransack the house and beat a hasty retreat after shooting at Anita Singh, police said. Around 4am, the robbers broke into the Sector 5 house where Anita lives with husband Dharam Pal Singh (56), a veterinarian, and son Shekhar (26).
